FAQ

For your dry aged steak cuts, you should keep it chilled in the refrigerator for a maximum of 5 days.
We strongly encourage you not to freeze as it would be detrimental to quality. 
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within mainland Singapore. 
Free standard delivery for orders above $200
Standard delivery (3-5 calendar days) - $20
Express delivery (next day delivery) - $40*

We deliver 10am-10pm daily.

Yes! Kindly preorder via our Preorder form.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can get the exact weight that you require as we will only know the exact weight after the dry aging process has completed. 
We will contact you after cutting day to confirm your order and payment.
Please inspect and confirm good condition of products upon delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and strictly non-exchangeable or refundable after delivery.
Upon request, we can pre-season (i.e salt) and sous vide the steak for you.

Pre-Seasoning
Pre-Seasoning service is complimentary.

Sous vide
Sous vide service is chargeable at a flat fee of $5. 
Steaks will be sous vide at 54° Celsius (medium rare) for 90-120 mins on the day of delivery and subsequently blast chilled prior to delivery.
For the best experience (and for safety precautions), we highly recommend you consume your sous vide steak on the day of delivery.

We do not offer grass fed beef as they have a much lower marbling score and hence would benefit the least from dry aging.
