Private Dining Reservation
Our tasting menu is an eight-course gastronomic journey revolving around fermented, aged and cured ingredients carefully prepared in-house by our chefs, using techniques and ingredients from both Asian and European cuisine.
Indulge in an intimate setting where we would guide you through the menu, explaining to you each dish, the ingredients used, and our thought process in designing the menu.
Please Note
- Menu is at $150 per pax
- Reservations will require a minimum of 4 pax and a maximum of 10 pax.
- Recommended group size is 8 pax.
- Bookings of less than 8 pax might require guests to be seated next to another group.
- The menu is subjected to change and will not be able to cater to gluten-free diets, lactose intolerance and vegetarian/vegan diets.
- Our menu contains raw and partially cooked food, discretion is advised.
- Guests who do not consume beef would have to inform us prior so that we can substitute with an equivalent protein.
- Dinner will start promptly at 7pm and is expected to end at 9pm. Guests are invited to arrive at 6.45pm.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations and changes to your booking have to be made 168 hrs (1 week) before the dinner for a full refund of the deposit.
- We will hold your seat for up to 30 mins past your reservation time, after which we will consider it as a no-show and deposit would be entirely forfeited.
- There is a corkage fee of $30 per 750ml wine bottle. However, we have a 1-for-1 policy where corkage is waived for one bottle for each wine purchased from us.
- Reservation slots are released 3 months ahead. For entire venue booking beyond 3 months, please reach out directly to us at +65 8949 8408.
- For entire venue bookings, guests are invited to stay until 10.30pm. Should guests wish to stay pass 10.30pm, there is a overtime charge of $150/hr until 12am and $250/hr until 2am.
